Queries on Existing Notifications

If you are an Insured law firm who wishes to contact the Claims Manager with responsibility for a claim which was made against your firm during a Libra Policy, then please use the contact details as below, with regard to the Prefix for the numeric Libra Claim Reference you were given for the notified claim or circumstance in question.

Libra Claim Reference Structure: Prefix/Year/Claim Number

e.g.        10/2019/1234

Once you have identified the prefix and the contact details as below, please send an email to the relevant Claims Manager with full details of your query. Please note that unless the Prefix is a 1 or 2, then Tindall Riley & Co Ltd (trading as Libra Managers) is no longer the appointed Claims Manager for the claim or notification in question.

  • Name of the Insured Law Firm at the time of notification/Claim being made
  • The identity of the Insured Law Firm’s broker at the time of notification/Claim being made (if possible).
  • Date of Notification
  • Matter Name (as described in the Notification)
  • A brief summary of your query
