Malcolm is TRC’s non-executive director Chair. He is also the non-executive Chair of TRB and TRE, Managers of Britannia (UK) and Britannia Europe. Malcolm has spent over 40 years in the international (re)insurance world, the last 20 of which have been at the French reinsurer SCOR where he held a number of senior management positions. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984.
Andrew joined TRC as a non-executive director in 2025 and Chairs the Risk & Audit Group. Andrew has a wealth of leadership knowledge and experience having worked in Miller’s marine business for over 30 years. At Miller, he has held a number of senior management positions, most recently as Chairman of Marine.
Mike is Chief Executive Officer of Tindall Riley, Britannia (UK) and Britannia Europe as well as of their Managers, TRB and TRE. He spent eleven years working as a reinsurance broker before joining Tindall Riley in 2008.
Richard is the Chief Financial Officer of Tindall Riley & Co Limited and Tindall Riley (Britannia) Limited. He is also a director of TRB and TRE. Richard joined Tindall Riley in 2021 having spent 25 years in the Lloyd’s market, latterly as CFO of Neon Underwriting Limited and preceding that with MS Amlin Underwriting Limited. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.
Julian joined Tindall Riley in 1999, having qualified as a solicitor in 1992. He is the Head of Legal at Tindall Riley and Managing Director of Griffin Managers.
Simon is Chief Underwriting Officer of TRB and TRE. He joined Tindall Riley in 2017 having previously worked for North, Steamship and Liverpool & London P&I Clubs.
